In the depths of my old belongings, I stumbled upon a forgotten treasure. With the assistance of Topaz Video Enhance, I was able to elevate its quality to stunning 4k resolution and 60 frames per second. Nvidia's RTX cards excel at upscaling (Super Res) in real-time, but I had to play the video in a browser for Super Res to work. VLC player was supposed to work as well, but it kept crashing on me.

The actual upscaling process using the software took quite a while - around 2 hours each for 4k upscaling and 60 fps upscaling
